About Seefor

The State Employment and Expenditure for Results (SEEFOR) Project became effective in Nigeria on July 31, 2013 when the Federal Government represented by the Minister for Finance, Dr Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, signed the financing agreement with the World Bank. It laid the foundation for the implementing States, namely: Bayelsa, Delta, Edo and Rivers to sign the subsidiary agreement with the Federal Government. The project is financed with credit from the International Development Association (IDA), grant from the European Union (EU) and counterpart fund from participating States.
